We simultaneously sold our prior home and bought our new home, closing within 2 hours of each other. There were SO many moving pieces! David did a masterful job in every facet of the process. His tailored search engine delivered only the types of houses we were looking for into our inbox. He was immediately responsive in coordinating showings, usually viewing homes the same day I called. His assessments of each home were always honest, candid, and extremely helpful. Due to an odd series of the stars aligning, the time between the decision to put our house on the market till the first showing was less than 48 hours! Dave was a master at advising us through this hectic time, selling our home for a great profit in less than 24 hours.
